Course Description:
This course helps users of collaborative Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) to build complex systems that meet end users' evolving operational needs. It is a hands-on approach for scientists, managers, engineers, acquisition professionals and end users.

Who Should Attend:
1) To teach contractors and government employees to build powerful CONOPS for both developmental and fielded systems.

2) To enable everyone involved in system modeling, simulation, design and testing to think like operational users.

3) To bring engineers, scientists, military end users, requirements writers and government civilians together and enable collaborative system development.

4) To provide hands-on experience building strong CONOPS and Operating Concepts (OpCons) in a small-team environment.
