Sergeant Ussel is part of the 3D Radio Battalion, III MEF Headquarters Group, Marine Corps Base, Hawaii. He has exemplified serving the community by selflessly devoting off-duty hours toward improving community relations across the island of Oahu and mentoring other young Marines. He is enthusiastic about helping others and has been an exceptional young member of the Diamond Head Chapter and look forward to his continued perspective of growing and promoting EMSO and IO across the Indo-Pacific.
