ARE YOU AN EW ROCKSTAR? Submit Topics for the AOC Virtual Series
If you answered "yes" (you probably should have if you're honest), then the AOC Virtual Series is the stage for you – minus the fog machines and pyrotechnics you might be imagining right now. The AOC Virtual Series webinars are a great platform for you to share achievements, insights, expertise, breakthroughs and experiences that have made you the EW Rockstar you are today. We're actively seeking presenters in 2014 across a broad range of Electromagnetic Spectrum operations.

Potential Topics:
  • Antenna Technology: A Pointed Conversation
  • Ground EW: Army & Marines Perspective
  • Energy & Data: Electromagnetic Spectrum Enabled Cyber Attacks
  • Radar: How it Works
  • Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA)
  • Electronic Attack
  • Electronic Protect
  • Electronic Support
  • Deep Dive into Polarization
  • Communications EW: Can You Hear Me Now?
  • Unlocking the U.S. DoD for Small Business
  • SIGINT Unlocked
  • Hostile Emitter Location
  • Low Probability of Intercept (LPI)
  • Barrage vs. False Target vs. Precision Jamming Techniques
  • Modeling & Simulation (ModSim)
  • J/S Ratio & What it Takes (Radar vs. Comms), Saturation, Sensitivity
  • EM Battle Management & EMSO
  • Multifunction EW Technology for a Multifunction World
  • DRFM for Dummies
  • Long-Term Evolution (LTE) Signals
Don't see a topic above that fits your area of expertise, but think the AOC community needs to hear it? Submit your ideas and abstracts. We'd love to hear them!

Abstracts for presentations are requested in unclassified textual format and may be received within the body of an email or as an email attachment. We request that abstracts be limited to one page of text or 300 words. Final presentations will be unclassified in Microsoft PowerPoint format, and typically last about 30 minutes. Abstract approval will be provided by the AOC, and we will be in contact with further steps in scheduling the webinar. Please forward abstracts to Virtual Series Coordinator Brock Sheets at sheets@crows.org.
